Hi there! I’m a child athlete, turned nutrition student, turned pediatric sports dietitian with a mission to help child and teen athletes understand the importance of food and nutrition for performance and overall health and to enable them along with their family and coaching team to make the best nutrition choices for their busy school, sport, and extra-curricular schedule. I believe that nutrition can be simple and I help my athletes and families realize this as well. My philosophy is that all foods fit and with the right information and a plan, eating to support a busy sport season can be done well and can be done deliciously!
