If you’ve been following along with me, you know I’m leading a healthy heart program this month in honor of February and American Heart Month. This past week we really talked about nutrition and how the foods we eat can promote heart health. We also talked about foods we eat that can combat our heart health, but I’m focusing on the positive here..
